Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

Candidate Profile

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Six months customer service experience OR six months experience in an office environment required
• Must have data entry and/or typing experience
• Must have interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Must have analytical and organizational skills and independent decision-making skills
• ?Ability to spend approximately 90% of the scheduled time on the phone according to business needs and sit for long periods with scheduled breaks
• Must have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Must have experience working with various lines of business, i.e. CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
• Must know medical terminology and anatomy
• Referral preference is given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria
