Is a Chicago-based nonprofit that removes barriers to employment by eliminating biases that disqualify candidates unnecessarily. Working with local and global companies, Skills brings opportunities to neighborhoods and municipalities throughout the Chicagoland area.
To be eligible for Skills for Chicagoland’s Future’s services, candidates must reside in Chicagoland (Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Kendall, DuPage, or Will County in Illinois), and be either unemployed or underemployed, defined as working fewer than 32 hours per week or outside their field.

Candidate Profile
- At least 21 years old with open availability, including evenings and weekends
- At least one year of leadership, supervisory, management, and/or keyholder experience—previous store inventory experience highly preferred
- Have a friendly demeanor and hardworking attitude
- Must pass an online multiple choice assessment
