Job Highlights

  • In this role, you will be accountable for delivering best-in-class customer service via the telephone and electronic channels
  • Solves both internal and external customer inquiries, complaints, and requests by using a single point of contact resolution while utilizing solid knowledge of the bank’s processes, procedures, and electronic systems, and identifying potential systemic problems
  • Coordinates and assists in resolving deposit, loan, treasury management, and other line-of-business related issues in response to customer inquiries and escalates to the appropriate operational department contact for resolution
  • Advises and trains internal customers via branch support services (i.e., educate on processes/procedures/systems), and makes recommendations on customer resolution
  • Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current customers to maintain goodwill and gains additional business through promotion and cross-selling other bank products and services as appropriate to meet customer requirements and the bank’s profitability goals

Candidate Profile

  • Call center customer service experience with dispute experience required (and in banking preferred)
  • Advanced computer skills required
