To be eligible for Skills for Chicagoland’s Future’s services, candidates must reside in Chicagoland (Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Kendall, DuPage, or Will County in Illinois), and be either unemployed or underemployed, defined as working fewer than 32 hours per week or outside their field.

- Provides personalized banking services by performing all teller functions, as well as those of a personal banker

Candidate Profile
- Previous banking experience required (1-2 years of consistent employment)
- Customer contact and sales experience preferred (1-2 years of consistent employment)
- Must be available to work all shifts, including Saturdays; travel between branches may be necessary
