The director is responsible for creating, streamlining, and maintaining HQ’s systems and its entities.
This position is a highly critical and key role in HQ, providing project management, simplifying reports working with accounting, finance, and software development teams. You will oversee one strong financial systems analyst and manage teams during integration and system implementations.

Potential Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 + Bonus
Location: Norwalk, CT (Hybrid)Responsibilities:Defining and driving long-term strategy for financial systems and related processes
Working with business units and IT to address specific financial systems issues and requirements
Developing strategies for analyzing metrics to identify trends, processes, and system opportunities and recommending action
Applying broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance
Working with IT to drive system enhancements, upgrades and modifications
Leading the design, resource management, implementation and support of finance system solutions
Directing and coordinating the activities of financial systems staff to ensure that projects are on schedule
Monitoring project results against objectives, milestones and scope
Overseeing solution testing, training and communicationQualifications:Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or CIS
7 to 15 years of relevant experience, accounting, system implementation
Knowledge of US GAAP Principles, Track record of system implementation and process improvements, ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
Strong organizational, project management, leadership experience
Strong communication, can do attitude
Travel up to 20% domestically
