Systems Engineer (Voice) needed for an opportunity with SOC's client to work in Herndon, Virginia. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required! Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Engineer Expert to join our dynamic team. Qualifications * 11 years relevant experience * Support and maintain existing Lucent Class 5 Electronic Switching System (5ESS) Computerized Telephony System (CTS) installations * Modify, add and remove PRI TDM trunking 5ESS * Modify on-net and off-net call routing in the 5ESS * Troubleshoot Signal Syste 7 (SS7) connectivity to Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) * Perform de-grow procedure to remove Remote Service Module (RSM) * Troubleshoot TDM PRI issues * Troubleshoot TDM SS7 issues * Troubleshoot routing with PSTN service provider Preferred Qualifications * Linux * SIP signaling and call flows * Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol * SIP * TCP/IP * H.323 * DNS * DHCP * RTP * Certifications: * MCSE certification * A+ certification * Network+ certification * CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CCIE, HP, CCVP, CCDP, CATE, R&S * Cisco Voice certifications * Juniper certifications In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly rate range for this role is $70.00 to $95.00.
