Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for the United States Marine Corps at Parris Island located in Parris Island, SC.  Headquarters and Service Battalion Mess Hall is located aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina.  This dining facility is patronized daily by the permanent personnel Marines stationed on the depot.  Currently open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, the unit averages around three hundred meals fed daily. The Food Production Manager provides supervision for multi-functional food service areas at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. 

 

 

What You'll Do:
  • have oversight of day-to-day BOH operations; 
  • deliver high quality food service; 
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships; 
  • create a positive environment; and/or
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.

  • have the ability the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; 
  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; 
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
