On-Site Support (OSS) personnel will be positioned at selected Hub locations for 120 days post wave Go-Live. OSS personnel will troubleshoot user issues; conduct ad-hoc training; and track, research, and escalate trouble tickets to support the successful deployment.
• Geographically position support personnel to provide the most value to the deployed to community. • Assist OSS customers using the DoD ERP to resolve issues related to knowledge of the process, incorrect master data, or systemic problems. Administer refresher training on all key business process areas to end-user personnel.
• Provide support in the form of official documentation and resources to complete DoD ERP General Funds related business operations in the areas of Cost Management, Financials, Funds Management, Reimbursable, and Spending Chain.
• Provide and resolve business user issues and concerns via regular conference calls with Deployment Team and Parent Financial Management Organization.
• Support emails, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams calls with the deployed to community.
• Coordinate with parent organizations to assist support personnel with DoD ERP General Funds issues and concerns.
• Aid in the resolution of end user problems and incidents, escalate trouble tickets when appropriate. 3+ years overall IT experience
2+ years of SAP experience
Prior DoD ERP General Funds experience (a plus)
Excellent customer relationship skills
Experience working in an application maintenance environment
Proven Success contributing to a team-oriented environment
