* Responsible for configuring and integrating pre-built ServiceNow capabiliites including Asset Management, Risk Management and Incident Management. The SDNow portal provides on demand access to manage, track and report on transition performance. * Will leverage the Service Now platform to design, develop and integrate additional functionality,
* Will work collaboratively to establish integrations in the Service Now instance, including the SDNow portal.
* Work collaboratively to create dashboards and reports within SDNow to monitor performance in near-real time.
* Work collaboratively to create ticket workflows including automated triage and issue escalation.
* Workcollaboratively to create workflows to track all aspects of onboarding, clearing and training staff.
* Identify additional ServiceNow capabilities to benefit the program
* Support decision making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding implementation os ServiceNow modules.
* Designing, developing, and deployment with the ServiceNow platform.
* Migrating data from different tools into Service Now.
* Creating reports and dashborard within ServiceNow.
* Creating and modifying workflows within ServiceNow. REQUIRED SKILL SETS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES:
Associate degree, related field
Certificate required: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Implementation experience 3 to 5years experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach. CLEARANCE LEVEL: Secret
