3. Salesforce Administrator: For Supporting
SALESFORCE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES The Contractor shall deliver continued technical support for current and ongoing platform development and system administration support to the Enterprise Salesforce platform. This will provide customers with access to development resources, PaaS information, Salesforce data information, platform and development integration, and related Enterprise IT capabilities.
The Contractor shall: • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date report of Salesforce licenses utilization; • Provide technical support as the System Administrator (e.g., setting up and maintaining user accounts); • Provide technical development support, such as enhancements to current designated applications, as a Salesforce Developer (e.g., development recommendation, configuration, integration, and implementation); • Conduct Salesforce training for federal staff to learn and use Salesforce tool; • Serve as a liaison for the Salesforce platform to resolve issues and provide product support; • Serve as a liaison with the OCIO Information Privacy Security Officer (IPSO) for security-related activities and provide audit reports, security risk assessment findings, and ATO related needs; • Develop and provide reporting capabilities such as report building, generation, and customization, to all objects and fields; • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform configuration update(s) before deploying to production; • Manage and configure Salesforce objects to customer need; • Perform importation/input of new business opportunities, customer contacts, leads, and agencies per customer request, as necessary;
• Lead testing and implementation of software development efforts, include coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation; • Work closely with business teams to develop customer workflows that perform data reviews, develop complex solutions to ensure best practices, and provide recommendations for the best data solutions. This may involve discussing trade-offs with other teams, such as standardized terminology (e.g., standard IT terminology vs Salesforce terminology) or mapping the functional requirements to Salesforce functionality; • Maintain user roles and security to ensure that HHS data is not at risk as a result of a security breach; • Develop and provide technical plans and strategies to OAPS and OAPS customers, including other departments, and develop solutions to address organizational wide issues and increase workflow efficiency, as identified; and • Create solutions that work closely with the broader business goals for OAPS and OAPS customers to gain a detailed understanding of the requirements and identify gaps, if any, in the current system, and identify solutions
