Travel: N/A TASK 2: SALESFORCE ANALYSIS AND CONSULTATION SERVICES The Contractor shall provide general product evaluation and consultation services to OAPS and to all HHS customers utilizing Salesforce as a service. Under this Task, the Contractor shall provide thorough input, expertise, and knowledge of all Salesforce products to review, analyze platform settings, and application development activities. The Contractor shall utilize best recommended standard practices and methodologies to ensure all work is completed within or before expected timelines and budgets, efficiently, and that quality control procedures are implemented to meet the contract objectives.
The Contractor shall: • Attend project status meetings and other OAPS meetings as necessary. • Document findings and recommendations based on OAPS and OAPS customers’ strategic business and technical requirements. • Review project(s) to reduce risks and mitigate adverse impacts to the project. • Work with OAPS and OAPS customers’ project teams to remove any project barriers. • Translate technical issues between OAPS customer businesses. • Review platform security settings and make recommendations. • Review platform and development integration plans, recommendations; and • Report findings to OAPS PM and escalate as necessary.
