Position Overview This effort will provide Engineering Support Services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Short Range Recovery (SRR), Medium Range Recovery Range (MRR), Medium Range Surveillance (MRS), and Long Range Surveillance (LRS) Divisions at the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) in Elizabeth City, NC. Essential Job Function * Shall be technical experts in developmental and structural processes. * Train and be assisted by lower level technicians, and perform technical, business, and administrative support. Planning, organizing, maintaining project schedules, using project management software. Evaluation of the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to identify sources, parts, and equipment necessary to develop and execute work on a WBS. Report on project status utilizing cost, schedule, and resource measurements, reports, and analyses as required. Provide support to aid in technical writing publication efforts to support USCG aviation. As required, any other duties to support the Navy Conversion program and the MRR Product Line. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications * Shall possess at a minimum three (3) years' experience in aviation related engineering functions. * A minimum of two (2) years' experience directly related to maintenance/support of the Sikorsky H-60 family of aircraft in addition to a minimum of one (1) years' experience in the current production configuration of MH-60T aircraft is preferred.
