Position Overview STI-TEC is seeking Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations of service deployment certification events, or prerequisite training considered critical and mandatory prior to deployment to support a Combatant Command (CCMD). Support includes research on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues, obtain relevant DOD documents, conduct studies and report the results thereof, analyze options, and develop specified documentation to assist with effectively and efficiently carrying out the JCER mission. Assist with applying scientific methods and techniques, evaluation planning, coordinating specifications related to computer software use cases and software demonstrations, operations research and systems analysis, program management expertise, and an understanding of multi-Service and Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to address the JCER focus areas. Essential Job Function * Review and evaluate proposed tasking, data sharing, visualization, and collaboration technologies to ensure compliance with applicable DOD information systems, security policies, directives, and instructions;
* Work with various government organizations to identify, review, and evaluate candidate data sources and applicable local and national data standards;
* Assist and support personnel with the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of software and infrastructure; and
* Support data collection during evaluation planning, execution, and analysis and facilitating data collection training Minimum Qualifications * Developing, designing, and maintaining software solutions that enable effective and efficient product development and information sharing;
* Developing, adapting, and designing software in support of analytical requirements;
* Demonstrating versatility in multiple higher level programing languages such as C++, Python, JavaScript, MATLAB, etc.; and
* At least three (3) years of demonstrated relevant experience.

* TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses. An Interim TS may be acceptable with approval from the JCER Director Desired Qualifications * Facilitating data reduction, especially where software solutions have been developed to streamline tasks, to report calculate, and organize data;
* Designing, populating, and maintaining databases;
* Assisting with modeling and simulation frameworks; software integration, development, generation, demonstration, and documentation;
* Familiarity with building and developing programs for managing data and converting files, managing standalone environments, html, JavaScript, database management programs, data reduction software, SQL servers, SharePoint development, C#, Azure functions and flows, low code environments such as Microsoft Power Apps, and Office 365 applications such as Teams, Forms, and Power Automate applications;
* Developing and administering data management systems and databases and experience with SQL and SQL Server;
* Developing programs inside of Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio;
* Consolidating data from different sources and generating common formats;
* Facilitating data entry and retrieval of data for analysis and reporting
