The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
We currently have an opening for an Orthodontic Sales Representative for the North Netherland.
The role will be dedicated to promoting and selling the range of Solventum orthodontic products to existing customer as well as identify new customer.
The Orthodontic Sales Representative will provide representation to oral care professionals delivering orthodontic treatments through the provision of value adding training, as well as conveying Solventum Solutions that enhance the workmanship of customers, the viability of their business and providing what their customers need.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Economical or medical degree in the orthodontic or dental business
- Sales Experience
- You are the link between Solventum and customers and support product launches with products and company presentations
- Reporting and documentation of customer data into our CRM System is part of the role as much as attending of customer events and congresses
- Dutch and English skills
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Experience with contracting, pricing and sales analytics
- Core Digital Skills
- Experience with Aligners
- You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries
- Current, valid Drivers License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
· Orthodontic, dental or sales knowledge is a significant advantage.
· Goal oriented
· MS office knowledge, CRM Systems and database management
· Strength as team player, high customer focused, flexible and motivated to grow
