The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative Medical Devices (m/f/x)* for the Northern & East Netherlands, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Playing an important role in accelerating our sales within Hospitals and other Healthcare Channels

  • Building a network with existing and new customers

  • Having the opportunity to translate customer needs into proposals that will bring value for your customers and for Solventum

  • Closely collaborating with your national & international colleagues (Clinical Specialists, Commercial Managers, Marketing)

  • Using your skills and experiences to effectively manage and grow your region

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical/nursing or similar study

OR

  • Commercial experience (3-5 years) in the Dutch healthcare market, such as Hospitals and other Healthcare Channels


AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • High level of analytical, commercial and presentation skills

  • Good Dutch and English skills

  • You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch healthcare environment

  • An energetic and hands-on personality, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who steers his or her territory based on analysis and customer knowledge (knowing and influencing the DMU)

  • A positive thinker who always finds a solution and creates opportunities

  • An engaging personality who understands the customer needs and solves the challenges in a dynamic and always changing healthcare environment, pursuing the best patient outcome possible

Work location: Remote (located in Northern & East Netherlands)

Travel: May include up to 80% domestic
