The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Coding Solutions Trainer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Introduction, demonstration, and training our customers on 3M™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning & adult learning concepts.
  • Delivery of live classroom - and web- based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training.
  • Participate in project implementations with pre and post go live participation with key project stakeholders.
  • May serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams, such as Implementations, Support, Documentation, Instructional Design, or others as designated.
  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.

Your Skills and Expertise: 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of relevant experience training healthcare professionals;

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND of eight (8) years of relevant experience training healthcare professionals.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Registered Nurse (RN), or RHIA/RHIT Certification.
  • Minimum Five (5) yrs. Experience Inpatient/outpatient coding, ICD-10-CM, PCS, CPT or Five (5) years recent experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • CCS, CCDS or CDIP Certifications
  • Experience with 3M™ 360 Encompass™
  • Experienced using the 3M™ Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS)
  • Recent Training related Experience
  • Three (3) years of Health Information Management experience

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
