Duties and Responsibilities

The AutoCad tech / CNC programmer will be a member of our production team, working with Integrators, Product Managers, and Engineering team. This role will require not only design skills in CAD, but also a passion and an ability to work with internal and external teams. The work is exciting, fast-paced and involves communicating directly with our Inside Sales team and internal leadership to gather mechanical and performance requirements for the solution.


How You'll Do It
- Create shop drawings for made-to-order products
- Work with internal manufacturing team members and outside contractors to meet deadlines and

fit/function requirement

- Deliver completed mechanical designs to Fabrication team

- Produce drawings in CNC production software for manufacturing

Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to tackle projects in sprints to maintain pace with our production schedule.

- Ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.

- Self-Starter with a whatever-it-takes mentality to meet deadlines and customer needs

- Experience working with and communicating with customers and non-technical team members


Education & Experience Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent, or better

- Proficiency with 1+ years' experience in 2D and 3D CAD (Solidworks, AutoCAD)

- Investigative mind inclined toward developing practical solutions to real-world problems

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment

- Experience in customer service roles
