SPA's Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, OSD, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defense Force. Our primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients' challenges. Leveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients' success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national security. SPA's Air Force and Army Programs Group provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness. SPA has a near term need for a Senior Test Coordinator located at Aberdeen Proving Ground. #MC Responsibilities Serve as test manager for PEO Soldier programs planning and managing assignments, progress and evaluates results. Track all testing planned and maintain a Master Test Schedule. Share data with PEO level T&E personnel for test synchronization. Research applicable documents such as Capability Development Documents, Capability Production Documents, product specifications, and Army Regulations, to develop and staff for approval Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) to support program milestones. Coordinate with Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) to determine and develop appropriate testing for Government Programs and monitors activities to ensure adequacy of their testing and assessments and the availability of data and results needed to support independent evaluation. Conduct/Oversee Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and ensure adequacy of associated test plans, procedures, and test execution, and closure on all test issues. Ensure military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and representative. Attend testing evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop test result summaries for leadership briefings, Suitability Statements and Milestone Decisions. Review test plans, test procedures, test reports and system assessment reports, for adequacy, accuracy, and identification of issues and ensure all Government test planning documents are uploaded to the appropriate databases. Use test plans or other program data/research to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements to support programs.
