EXERCISE PLANNER/TRAINER FOR CONTINUITY WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Contingent Upon Contract Award Position Description: SPAARK is seeking an Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity to join the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUD) location in Washington, DC. The Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity. Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, testing all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF). * Developing TTXs * Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, devolution, distributed and reconstitution exercises * Supports testing of all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF) * Effectively communicating, both orally and in writing, and to present well-considered and sound suggestions that provide a clear understanding of emergency situations and incidents to ensure effective communications and decision-making during a crisis. * Presenting findings and recommendations, both orally and in writing to internal and external audiences * Developing solutions to resolve program issues or changing requirements * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Qualifications Position Requirements: * Top Secret/SCI Clearance required. * Minimum 3 years relevant experience EEO Employer F/M/Vet/Disabled
