STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT ANALYST (MUST HAVE SECURITY CLEARANCE) STRA WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Job Description Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (Spiral) is seeking a Strategic Assessment Analyst to join our Team! This role will support USSTRATCOM J73. Location: STRATCOM, Offutt AFB This position: * Prepares and staffs Joint Assessments to include: the Annual Joint Assessment (AJA), Chairman's Risk Assessment (CRA), Risk Mitigation Plan (RMP), Joint Military Net Assessment (JMNA) and other joint assessments as directed. * Provides critical analyses of Joint Staff and OSD products for USSTRATCOM leadership, performing data calls, facilitating liaison activities, and preparing staff packages. * Entails coordinating responses, revising content, and preparing final draft products for Command staffing and submission to the Joint Staff. * Coordinates draft responses with key personnel in USSTRATCOM directorates, components, and other USSTRATCOM elements to ensure adequacy and completeness of products; adjudicate identified issues, and revise content as required. * Supports Command COI in support of specific Joint Staff-led net assessment efforts. Requirements Must have 7+ years of CCMD experience and: * A mixture of experiences in political science or international relations from a geopolitical perspective with a firm grasp of strategic and military risk; * 3+ years of experience as an action officer with knowledge of Joint Staff and CCMD planning, staffing and tasking processes; * DoD operational and strategic assessment experience; or * Experience conducting mission analysis, developing objectives, effects/measures of effectiveness, tasks/measures of performance, and indicators. * Top Secret/ SCI security clearance.
