APG Mechanic Hourly: $34 - $38/hr
Location: Greenville, SC
Shift: 1 st and 2 nd Industry: Government/Defense
Employment Type: Long-term contract with potential for permanent employment
Clearance: Interim Secret or Active Secret (Must be in process prior to starting position) Qualifications: * High school diploma.
* 2+ years experience working on aviation production drilling/structures.
* Heavy Flightline Maintenance Experience preferably on F-16s or very related Fighters. * Crew Chief, Plane Captains, Heavy Maintenance
* Active Secret Clearance
* Must be able to work either shift: * 1st Shift Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm
* 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-3:00pm Responsibilities: * Performs a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations.
* F-16 Production Flightline Mechanic- System Testing, Test runs, Trouleshooting, Launch and Recovery. * Towing and Marshalling aircraft for flight EOE/ADA
