St. Luke's Virtual Care Center is in the heart of downtown Boise, surrounded by skiable mountains and raftable rivers. St. Luke's Virtual Hospital exists to optimize acute care outcomes through collaboration and the use of technology. The team-based model of care enables patients in our hospitals to have access to specialty resources, when and where they are needed.

What you can expect from this role
- Remote Patient Management support is available 24/7
- Support patients in their homes by virtually monitoring and collaborating in their care
- Patients are given iPad and vital sign equipment for a 30, 60, or 90 day program
- On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work
- Full-time (0.9 FTE), day shift openings (7a-7p), 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends and holidays
- Certification pay available
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ year RN Experience, background in case management helpful
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
