Job Summary:

The Assistant Nurse Manager will support the Nurse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves coordinating staffing, mentoring nursing staff, and implementing best practices to enhance patient outcomes. The Assistant Nurse Manager will serve as a key leader, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
  • Experience: 3 years nursing experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
