Position: Enrollment Representative  

Location: Honolulu, HI 

Pay: $15 to $16/hour (based on experience)

Experience: Related experience desired 

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.(overtime as needed)

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Enrollment Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!  

Job Description: 

• Manage key processes such as enrollment, disenrollment and member maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with government, corporate and association performance standards
• Support the changes in the company business and functions that are out of scope for our vendor partner
• Handles outbound calls
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of member information across all systems used for government contracts, maintaining high standards of data integrity

Position Requirements: 

• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information
• Must have the ability to read and interpret enrollment documents such as policies and procedures
