Responsible for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Configuration management for Oracle Database & Snowflake infrastructure platforms. This role will be responsible for the day to day support of Oracle Database & SQL Server Exadata infrastructure platform operations processes, including on Cloud platforms, ensuring all technology SLA’s/OLA’s are met, driving platform availability.
