Provide assistance to senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM senior leader consumption. You'll also provide research and analysis of various pertinent national security policies, military strategies, vulnerability assessments, threat and intelligence assessments. This position will identify operational areas of concern, inform planning efforts, and help develop new concepts and identify new capabilities for Electromagnetic Warfare. The ever-increasing demands associated with a congested and contested electromagnetic environment requires strategic and operational partners who are properly postured to meet mission critical requirements. You will support innovative approaches to integrating partner nation capabilities as well as close coordination with Service Components, research labs, industry, OSD, and Joint Staff. Essential Responsibilities: • Provide assistance to senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM senior leader consumption. • Provide data fusion and analytic detailed study to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) that ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains. • Provide research and analysis of various EW related national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration that support USINDOPACOM operations and exercises. • Evaluate how the government client uses mission data analytics for decision-making in support of operational requirements. • Utilize state-of-the-art data fusion/processing/storage tools, technologies, and methodologies to maximize value to the operational mission. • Continuously assess the effectiveness of data fusion methodologies, tools, and techniques as needed, and provide feedback and recommendations to leadership in support of operational requirements. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • At least 10 years of experience conducting data fusion and/or analytics. • At least 5 years of combined experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) operations, capability development and/or policy. • At least 3 years of experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ. • At least 3 years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations. • Familiar with INDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS). • Experience in writing reports, graphics and information papers. • Experience analyzing operational data. • Experience in data integration layers and data layers. • Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field. • Experience coordinating with the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and INDOPACOM's Service Components as well as non-DoD organizations such as DHS and State Department. • Graduate of Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operations Course. • Familiar with JEMSO applications and databases (FADE/MIST, CED, etc.)
