You will work with our handpicked RBT's to help our children who have autism, by developing a treatment plan to be implemented by the designated RBT. Your friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director will be with you to guide you.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills:

  • At least one year working as a BCBA
  • Passion
  • Confidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration
  • Dependability
