TRAINER I -(SES) WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Job Function/Responsibilities/Qualifications: * Works independently under general supervision to develop, implement and evaluate advanced MCIS instructions and materials * Advises and makes recommendations on the delivery of MCIS and virtual training solutions * Conducts training classes, over the shoulder assistance, demonstrations and leads ground discussions for Small Unit CO and below units * 4-years relevant military experience operating Army MCIS training * Familiar with small unit training.
