Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Computer Engineer II to support the Advanced Capabilities Office of DARPA. In support of DARPA and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer, electrical, electronic engineering or mathematics with a field of concentration in computer science required. Experience: Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in computer design, software development or computer networks. Five (5) years of supporting research and development (R&D) Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Experience in cyber-security R&D that includes software design, network programming, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment, in addition to proficiency in programming languages such as: C, C++, x86 Assembly, Objective-C, Python, JavaScript, and SQL and experience with agile development management toolsets. Demonstrated ability of make decisions independently on research and development (R&D) engineering problems and methods, and of resolve important questions and of plan and coordinate work. Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices for each lead of the four functional areas (Intelligence and Mission Capabilities, Architecture, Applications, and Mission Integration). Each functional area lead shall have at least three (3) years of extensive experience, background and knowledge of the corresponding functional area.
