Do you enjoy working with a variety of students and supporting different classroom environments? We are looking for a flexible and dynamic preschool Mandarin teacher who can float between preschool classrooms to provide coverage and support where needed.

About the Role

As the Preschool Mandarin Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create and implement engaging lessons in Mandarin for our Preschool and Pre-K students, focusing on vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Additionally, you will float between classrooms, providing support and coverage in other preschool environments when necessary.

You Will Also:

  • Plan, supervise, and implement the Mandarin curriculum
  • Maintain the Mandarin curriculum and materials at your school
  • Support and cover other preschool classrooms as needed
  • Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
  • Communicate regularly with parents, school leaders, and other staff as appropriate

What We Are Looking For:

  • Twelve post-secondary semester or equivalent quarter units in Early Childhood Education or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development 
  • Six months or more experience working in a childcare center or program
  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
