About the Role

The Before and After School Lead Teacher ensures the smooth operation of before, lunch and after school programs for middle school students. Not only does this include connecting with and supervising students, but this teacher also creates engaging crafts and activities for students to enhance their school experiences. This Lead Teacher also acts as the key role model for other lunch and after school teachers and provides additional direction and supervision as well.

 

You will also…

Create and submit weekly lesson plans including arts, crafts, games and other activities

Collaborate with other faculty and staff members

Monitor and supervise indoor and outdoor activities

Communicate regularly with parents, school leaders, and other staff as appropriate

What We Are Looking For

High school graduate or equivalent

Prior experience working with middle school students preferred
