As an Auto Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on company Ford Transit wheelchair vans and Ford E450 cutaway minibuses. Auto Technician Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all fleet vehicles, including but not limited to: electrical systems, power train (engine & transmission replacement), braking system, suspension system, and AC/heating systems. Perform basic preventive maintenance inspections and service on vehicles in accordance with company guidelines. Ensure compliance with all DOT guidelines. Auto Technician Requirements 5+ years mechanic experience required. Demonstrate mechanical and technical aptitude. Organizational skills. Must have own hand tools. ASE certification preferred or equivalent. Must be able to work independently and in team environment.
