This includes supporting the Engagement survey process, conducting new hire check-ins and stay interviews, and exit interviews. Use insights to support managers in enhancing and improving the employee experience.Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Ensure compliance with company policy, labor laws and regulations, working with legal teams as necessary.Lead and manage change across client groups to influence organizational culture. Implement change programs as business needs dictate.Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Intellectually agile, self-confident, and highly articulate.San Fran Pay Range: Our good faith estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is a base salary of $164,000-$215,000. Individual pay decisions will vary based upon the experience and qualifications of the applicant. This range is based upon San Fran market rates and determined by considering many factors such as external market salary survey data, internal data for comparable roles, and the operational and budgetary objectives of the company.
