Job Details:
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Call: 1-2 call nights per week, 1-2 24-hour weekend call shifts per schedule
Experience: Minimum 2 years of surgical/circulator experience required
Essential Skills: Proficiency in robotic surgery
Licensure: Active NM or compact RN license at time of submission
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA only), NIHSS
About the Role: As a Surgical/Circulator RN, you will play a critical role in providing patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing the operating room for surgery
Assisting the surgical team
Monitoring patient condition
Ensuring a safe and sterile environment
