Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating room and ensure all surgical equipment is sterile and functioning properly.
Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, controlling bleeding, and monitoring patient vitals.
Provide pre- and post-operative care, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient procedure.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Montana or compact state.
Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
