APPRENTICE OPERATOR - ACTIVE WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Position Title: Apprentice Operator - Active Position Identifier: 2614812020724 Location: Augusta, GA U.S. Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (CI Polygraph is acceptable to start but must be able to pass a FS Polygraph) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: This is a 24-hour operation and shift work is required. Travel: No Description: o The Apprentice Operator -Active shall perform 24/7/365 operational support to the government by tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and active geolocation technique available. Qualifications: o Two (2) years of operational experience, within the last five (5) years with the U.S. Government, a Service Cryptologic Element, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor) in the following: MINIMALLY ACCEPTABLE: Experience conducting RF collection and/or Direction-Finding operations. o Certification in active geolocation techniques via training programs conducted by the U.S. Government, a service component, or another US Government Agency to include the technologies below is highly desired: o Global System Mobile (GSM) o Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) o CDMA 2000 Evolution - Data Only (EVDO) o Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11 Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) o Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS) o The following certifications are highly desired: Geolocation Qualification Course, SCE Collection Operator Certification, USAF Tactical Support Operator (TSO) Certification o Successful completion of the initial Active certification program is required upon initial assignment for continued retention Szanca Overview: Szanca Solutions, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Bedford, PA focused on providing quality services and solutions to the Federal Government, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community.
