Informal supervision of other's work assignments.Job Responsibilities:Strategy Owns solution design for multiple cross domain initiatives involving data and works across domains to ensure cohesive solutions.   Proactively investigates technologies, architectures, design strategies and standards options to address concerns of new solution offerings prior to creation.    Makes and implements sophisticated decisions aimed at improving the quality, effectiveness or ability to achieve revenue, profitability and strategic goals for the organization. Innovation and Leadership   Leads overall technical design and end-to-end solution design for highly complex initiatives.    Ensures quality, consistency and alignment of designs to TMUS standards and digital strategy.     Handles multiple initiatives in parallel and lends expertise to Principal and Sr. Architects.  Presents solution design to Senior Leadership in IT and Business.    Prepares and maintains design deliverables that include POCs, architecture diagrams, data models, and API / micro-service architecture.   Builds, presents, designs, and implements new ideas which improve an existing or new system/process/service.    Offers new industry views and considerations within the IT organization.    Contributes to industry or vendor forums on TMobile's behalf.
