Overview We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Information Technologist to support the AEGIS Technical Representative (TECHREP) Professional Support Services Contract in Moorestown, NJ. The AEGIS TECHREP contract provides on-site direction, oversight and support that validate the total AEGIS Weapon System and AEGIS Combat System designs.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and participate in various information technology (IT) tasks, projects, and allocation of IT resources.
Develop and/or maintain IT task/project schedule and resource tracking mechanisms for TECHREP.
Oversee and support Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Enterprise Tool (NET) service acquisition and deployment activities for NMCI infrastructure.
Lead and participate in troubleshooting and sustainment activities for NMCI desktop, printer, network, and digital signage infrastructure with NMCI Enterprise and/or Field Service Technicians.
Lead and participate in troubleshooting general end-user functions involving Microsoft Windows OS and various desktop applications (Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft One Drive, etc.).
Interface and collaborate with Activity Chief Information Officer (ACIO) and senior leadership to support various IT-related tasks/projects.
Support development and execution of IT procurements and annual budget planning activities for TECHREP ACIO.
Facilitate authorization and creation of all NMCI account requests and serve as SIPRNet Trusted Agent (TA) for TECHREP.
Serve as Media Transfer Agent to facilitate data transfers for end-users, when required.
Lead and support Apple iPhone/iPad assignment and configuration activities for end-users via Enterprise applications.
Provide technical support in the development of role-based Standard Operating Procedures and End-User troubleshooting/configuration instructions for applicable subject areas.
Support Command Incident Response activities in response to security incidents or electronic spillage events.   Travel This position includes a low level of travel.   Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or other relevant technical field, or a minimum of three years of experience in IT.
Familiarity of Apple iOS mobile platform.
Basic IT-level understanding and installation of networking, network devices (switches, routers, etc.), and network cabling.
Familiarity with printers, fax machines, and multi-function devices.
Familiarity with USN and NMCI Enterprise tools/processes such as: NAV-ITAS, NET, Purebred, and Requirements and Award Process Tool.
Familiarity with NMCI service acquisition processes (unclassified/classified CLINs).
Familiarity with SIPRNet TA responsibilities.
Familiarity with Power Bi and SharePoint.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong oral communication and writing skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks within short time periods.
Established IT-level familiarity of traditional computing devices and environments (desktops/laptops), specifically Windows OS and desktop applications (Adobe, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Must maintain the capacity to communicate with their supervisor and/or manager when not in the office.  
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must meet IAT Level II (CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA CySA+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND or SSCP).
Purebred certified desired.   Qualifications Active DoD Secret security clearance is highly desired; however, candidates eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance will be considered. The selected candidate will receive a contingent offer if they do not hold an active clearance. A start date will be established once an interim Secret clearance is granted.
