Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288.TKO is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO which provides normalization of cyber security data and automation of threat intelligence. The engineer will provide data or process modelling support for modelling cyber data into a common data model. The successful candidate will have experience with XML Schemas, data or process abstraction, or database design experience. Required skills/experience:
• Hands-on experience with XML/XSD
• Experience with data or process abstraction, or database design experience
• Critical reasoning
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with agency data formats (SOTF/BME, BLMA, TSDF)
