Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Acute Care inpatient experience
• Strong Orthopedic experience in a large, academic trauma center
• Charge Experience
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

• 2 years of Leadership experience as a CN IV and/or Assistant Nurse Manager or comparable position

The Clinical Program Manager plays a pivotal role in fulfilling the Cedars-Sinai Orthopaedic Department's vision. This role combines advanced clinical care with program management skills to provide exceptional patient care and enhance operational value.

• Perform daily program operations and support program fidelity, including program development and expansion.
• Communicate regular updates to the funding department and Cedars-Sinai leadership.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide guidance, resolve issues, and implement quality improvements.
• Research and analyze program data to evaluate performance and operations, and communicate findings to participants and stakeholders.
• Assess communication and training needs of patients and staff, developing and implementing necessary materials to meet program goals.
• Ensure staff and program compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain data system integrity and follow quality assurance measures based on departmental standards.
• Provide ad hoc reporting to support recommendations for future planning and enhancements.
