13 Weeks Contract (possibility of extension)

*Hourly Pay: *$57.00 an hour

*Overtime/hr: *$85.50 (after 40 hours)

*Job Description*
* Patient evaluation: ER nurses are often the first point of contact, conducting initial assessments to gather medical history, vital signs, and symptoms.
* Triage: They prioritize care based on the severity of a patient's condition, ensuring the most critical cases are addressed first.
* Emergency interventions: ER nurses initiate essential treatments like administering medications (including IVs), performing CPR, and managing bleeding.
* Assisting physicians: They closely collaborate with doctors, assisting with procedures such as wound care, splinting fractures, and preparing patients for surgery.
* Continuous monitoring: ER nurses constantly monitor vital signs, pain levels, and patient responses to treatment to ensure their condition doesn't deteriorate.
* Stabilization: They work to stabilize patients' health before transferring them to other departments for further care or discharge.
* Every other weekend.

*Requirements*
* Must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in the ED.
* Floating is required.
