This position requires prior experience with FMS compliance and reporting activities. This position is a direct-hire (W2 salary + benefits) working directly for our client. Hybrid on-site support may be required. Role and responsibilities include: * Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) compliance and reporting activities for a federal program * Work across several systems including Case Management Control System (CMCS), Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), and Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) * Research and reconcile FMS case lines in support of Security Cooperation Policy and Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) * Analyze FMS case lines and document recommendations * Support FMS case execution practices and systems for recurring reviews * Other duties as assigned Requirements include: * U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship * Current secret clearance * Bachelor's degree (additional 4 years of related experience will be considered as a substitute for a bachelor's degree) * 3-8 years of related experience supporting Financial Management and FMS activities for a federal government program * Experience with FMS compliance, reporting activities, and recurring reviews * Experience working with one or more systems to research and reconcile FMS case lines including: CMCS, DSAMS, and SCIP * Working knowledge of Security Cooperation Policy and Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) * Experience analyzing FMS case lines and documenting recommendations with the appropriate FMS case execution practices and systems * Demonstrated expertise to accurately interpret complex financial data, financial reports, perform financial statement analysis, and provide recommendations * Demonstrated reporting and analysis experience to deliver meaningful insights to support stakeholder decision-making * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Proficiency working across the MS Office Suite including advanced MS Excel skills * Detail-oriented working practices to deliver high-quality results * Effective written and verbal communication skills to successfully interact with a blended government and contractor team * Availability to support hybrid on-site schedule, as requested #CJ #HJ
