Overview Tecolote Research, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Digital Management Lead to support our government customer. In this role, the Lead manages SSC/SN's internal digital ecosystem across a broad range of processes, workflows, and software to maximize information transparency and business process efficiency. The Lead advises the government customer on digital initiatives which prioritize and enable the strategic goals of the Space Sensing Program Executive Office, focusing on requirements that may flow from across the SN Portfolio. You will support both SN PEO and Acquisition Delta Commanders to help satisfy value-added digital requirements. * Manage the backlog of SN Digital Priorities
* Advise Chief of Staff on the roll-out of new products across the organization; Build strategies for maximum user adoption, to include measuring active daily users
* Coordinate high-level meetings with customer and external stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on courses of action
* Develop Minimum Viable Product (MVP) standards with customer for priorities selected for development

* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint * PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerBI) knowledge is a bonus * Must be able to map workflows from systems of record to understand possible bottlenecks and analyze potential workarounds to simplify and more efficiently route products
* Must be able to work and build cross-functional teams with limited resources
* Must be platform and tool agnostic and derive requirements from users to drive choices of platform or tool, taking into consideration cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
* Must be able to determine whether a digital solution is the best, value-added solution, and advise government on resource prioritization. Stakeholder/User engagement and user adoption is paramount in measuring value
* Preference will be given to candidates who possess one or more of the following skills: * A good understanding of Agile or Lean Development
* Understand how digitization can flow up, down, and across the PEO or higher, and what can be done at both the tactical and strategic levels is important with limited time and resources
* Understand how Objectives and Key Results (SMART objectives) produce positive, measurable outcomes for the customer
* Understanding of MW/MT mission area a bonus * This position will support a contract that requires the candidate to have a Master's degree, preferably in Math, Engineering or the Sciences
* DoD Secret clearance required
* US citizenship required
* Salary range: $95,000 - $115,000 Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
