* Analyze cost, schedule, and risk including Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), variance, trend, EVM and schedule health metrics
* Assist the government customers in the analysis of Over Target Baseline, Over Target Schedule, Major Contract Baseline Modifications
* Participate and lead in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activities

* Launch and Range acquisition and execution experience is highly desirable
* Familiarity with SSCI 63-107, Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide, GAO Cost Estimating & Assessment Guide, NDIA Guide to Managing Program using Predictive Measures, Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR), and ANSl/EIA Standard 748 * Applicants must demonstrate high level analytical and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, such as wInsight, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices * Applicants must have experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM specific training
* Bachelor's degree in math, business/economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics is required
* Prior work at SSC is highly desirable
* U.S. citizenship required
* Minimum Secret security clearance required Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
