All candidates must have a Secret Clearance for this role. • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar technologies.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements, and provide guidance on best practices for deploying and scaling applications.
• Manage infrastructure configurations using version control tools like Git, and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the deployment of infrastructure changes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and work with operations teams to resolve incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools, and make recommendations on their suitability for the organization's needs.
• Provide documentation and training to other team members on IaC best practices and standards. • Assist with the creation of virtual networks that abstract physical infrastructure
• Assist with developing/debugging the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) required to deliver required services for the shipboard platform within the PMW 790 Tactical Shore Platform (TSP) Lab as a Service environment.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Software Defined Networks (LAN/WAN) based on Platform requirements and sponsor guidance. SDN policy will be delivered via automated deployments within the TSP framework.
• Assist with integrating platform specific IaC on the target hardware at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) Lab (includes bug identification and coordination with TSP development team for backlog inclusion/resolution),
• Assist with the development of automated testing for deployed infrastructure as code/SDN. Tests will be built within TSP’s Test Automation Framework.

• Provide support in drafting engineering design documents per NAVWAR Systems Engineering Technical Review Guidance/PMW 160 APM-E direction.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar.
