TEKsystems is hiring for multiple ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developers to support a a large DOD program initiative based in Bellevue NE. The role will be 5 months in duration with the first 10 weeks working remote. Frequent travel to Bellevue, Nebraska will required after that 10 week timeframe. Must possess a minimum of DOD Secret clearance. Job Summary: As a ServiceNow Senior ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement ITSM processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement ITSM processes • Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management • Design and implement Service Catalog, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other service management processes • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations with third-party applications • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insights • Ensure ServiceNow ITSM applications and processes meet business requirements, comply with best practices, and follow industry standards • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases • Train and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow development best practices Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (ITSM) • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000) • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, business rules, and integrations • Experience with Service Catalog, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other service management processes • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding • Ability to design and implement ITSM solutions that meet business requirements, comply with best practices, and follow industry standards • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Service Management Reporting • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly) o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
