Description:
What you will do:
Perform and coordinate installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communication and A/V solutions
Work with Project Coordinator and Field Managers to understand the scope of the project
Work individually or as part of a team to complete projects on time, to specification, and according to company standards
Communicate project progress to customers and Company team members and coordinate project changes with the sales team
Requirements for Success:
Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and interpret signal flow though circuits is a must for this position.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Well-organized, responsible, and self-motivated
Attend job-related training as offered by the company as well as self-driven efforts
Maintain industry-recognized technology credential(s) such as CTS certification
Technology certifications such as Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, etc. are a plus
Maintain a valid driver's license
Willing to travel when necessary
Willing to work overtime when necessary
