MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK

Description:

• Make outbound calls to medical offices to obtain medical records
• Data entry into system to record calls made to medical offices
• Answer incoming calls from medical offices regarding medical records
• Correspond with insurance carriers via email
• Maintain and protect the confidentiality of company and client information
• Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job

Skills:

• inbound and outbound calls, data entry, Windows, medical records software, support, call center, insurance, health insurance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED required
• 1+ years of customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Outbound call experience
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
