Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide medication dispensing and nursing support to START patients at various MATP locations. Responsibilities include assisting with diagnosis, primary care, and medication management.

Essential Functions:
- Dispense and manage medication, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Perform CMT duties and support Head Nurse responsibilities as needed.
- Conduct patient education, follow-up care, and assist with physical exams.
- Participate in medical meetings, educational events, and clinic improvement activities.
- Maintain medical and inventory records, assist with lab tests and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and professional standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree and state (NY) certification as an LPN.
- Preferred: 3 years of nursing experience, phlebotomy certification, and experience with methadone/Suboxone dispensing.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in EMR systems.
