As part of the US HR team, this position will work closely with Human Resources and other cross functioning teams.What you will do:Be responsible for payroll efficiency, quality and compliance via continuously optimizing processes, rationalizing the division of tasks, figuring out more advanced payroll running model  Manage full scope of payroll and benefits administration for the entire life cycle of all types of employeesLead payroll projects like integration of payroll system and HR operation systemManage payroll vendorsRequirements:What we are looking for:7 years (or above) of experiences in US and Canada payrollPrior experiences setting up internal processes to ensure payroll and benefits are accurately delivered and compliant with state and federal regulationsStrong knowledge in employee whole life cycle and processes which are highly related with payroll and benefit administrationExperience in project management to improve operational efficiency for payroll and benefitsAccurately identify root reasons of issues and work out solutions with architectural thinkingMeticulous attention to details and positive team playerStrong ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form (Mandarin is a plus)ADP and Workday experiences preferredLocation State(s)CaliforniaThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $97,200 to $204,000 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.SummaryLocation: US-Palo AltoType: Full time
